Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist (Contract) to support North American HRIS initiatives, including Workday HCM, Benefits, and Payroll.

You will partner with HR, IT, and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance and data security while guiding the transition to new HRIS technologies. You will lead HRIS projects, report to the Head of HRIS, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in IT/HR/Business Administration or related specialization.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in HRIS
• 8+ years experience with HRIS implementations (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Management, Payroll) and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS systems: administration, development, maintenance and upgrades.
• Lead transformation of HRIS roadmap to Workday and ServiceNow plus new technologies.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal for compliance and data privacy.
• Act as SME with vendors and drive system optimization post go-live.
