Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an HRIS Demand Analyst to translate business problems into technical requirements for US HR systems, including cloud and on-premise solutions. This role drives detailed analysis, prioritization, and change management for a population of over 200,000 associates.

The candidate will oversee demand management processes, partner with Brands, IT, and Enterprise Platform Teams, and ensure governance and documentation standards across HR systems projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Certifications in Project Management or Business Analysis preferred.
• 4+ years of HRIS or HR analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with US Brands on HR Systems related processes and demand.
• Gather and document requirements for new demand requests.
• Analyze business requirements and assess impacts.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and align with IT partners.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Adoption Specialists to ensure solutions meet goals.
• Develop process documentation and support testing requirements.
