Ahold Delhaize USA, a leader in omnichannel grocery, seeks an HRIS Demand Analyst to govern US HR systems demand, gather requirements, and partner with HR, IT and global teams. This role emphasizes data-driven analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver HR system capabilities for over 200,000 associates.

You will work in a hybrid environment with 3 in-person days at core locations and 2 remote days, partnering across brands and enterprise platforms to drive HR system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Certifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar preferred.
• 4+ years of HRIS or significant proven HR analytical experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication, ability to present to multiple levels in the organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with data analysis skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• HR system and process knowledge across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison with US Brands related to HR Systems and processes.
• Gather and document requirements for new demand requests.
• Conduct business requirements analysis and stakeholder engagement across IT and HR teams.
• Facilitate meetings between stakeholders to ensure alignment on HRIS initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analyst and Adoption Specialists to align solutions with goals.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of core HR processes and systems.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytical support for projects and BAU.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standards.
• Support testing requirements for SAP releases and HR operations impact.
