Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an HRIS Demand Analyst to translate business problems into system requirements for US HR applications. You will govern demand management, prioritize initiatives, and partner with HR, IT, and product teams to deliver effective HR technology solutions.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and change-management skills, and will involve working across multiple brands to improve HR processes and user experiences. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Certifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar preferred
• 4+ years of HRIS or significant proven HR analytical experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to listen and ask thoughtful follow-up questions.
• Intermediate MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Experience with HR systems and processes across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with US Brands to gather and document HR system requirements.
• Coordinate demand requests and perform business requirements analysis.
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate across HRIS, IT, and business teams.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs.
• Develop process documentation and change management materials.
• Support testing, data governance, and release readiness for HR systems.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analyses for projects and BAU tasks.
• Drive continuous process improvement for HR systems and workflows.
