PangeaTwo seeks an experienced Director of HRIS to lead a remote, contract-to-hire Oracle HCM transformation for a national healthcare organization. You will own the HR Tech function, drive agile product teams, and coordinate across HR, IT, and vendor partners to ensure a successful enterprise-wide implementation.

The role requires 10+ years in HR technology leadership and hands-on Oracle HCM experience, with a track record of scaling offshore support and managing complex vendor ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR Technology/HRIS leadership experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle HCM implementations and post-launch support.
• Hands-on with Oracle HCM, UKG Pro Core, UKG WFM, iCIMS, and ServiceNow.
• Experience building HRIS teams and driving agile product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the HR Technology team with an internal operating model and agile practices.
• Lead Oracle HCM implementation from start to finish, including vendor governance and risk management.
• Partner with IT on architecture, security, and integrations across HR tech stack.
• Oversee integration and optimization of Oracle HCM, UKG Pro Core, UKG WFM, iCIMS, and ServiceNow HRSD.
• Develop capabilities and lifecycle strategy for post-implementation support.
