Job summary

Fortifi is seeking a Global Director of HRIS to lead governance, optimization, security, and evolution of the global HCM tech stack. You will own HR technology strategy, partner with CHRO and executives, and oversee data governance, reporting, and automation across all locations.

Responsibilities include roadmap development, enterprise architecture, and executive sponsorship of HR tech initiatives, with a focus on compliance and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, CS, business administration or related discipline; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years progressive HRIS leadership experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise HR technology teams.
• 10+ years UKG Pro experience covering architecture, security, workflow, data configuration, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year global HR technology roadmap.
• Define enterprise HR tech vision and long-term system architecture.
• Lead digital transformation including AI, ML, and automation.
• Evaluate emerging HR tech and build ROI-backed business cases.
