MWResource, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Analyst for a hybrid role in Wisconsin. The role focuses on managing the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of employee data within HRIS and LMS systems to support compliant HR data transactions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience, knowledge of Cornerstone LMS and Workday HRIS, and strong collaboration with HR partners to drive system improvements and audit readiness.
The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of employee data within HRIS system, including job movement, compensation changes, and title updates. This role serves as a key point of contact for executing HR data transactions and supporting the HRIS systems, controls, and reporting that keep employee records accurate and compliant. The HR Operations Analyst partners closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Talent, and other HR functions to ensure data changes are processed efficiently and that the underlying systems, workflows, and controls supporting those changes remain reliable and audit ready.
The base pay range for this role is up to $45 per hour.
