Job summary

Veolia North America is hiring an HRIS Business Systems Analyst – Time & Attendance to support HR systems, troubleshoot defects, configure, report, test and implement enhancements. This role emphasizes data accuracy, system integrity, and collaborative design for Time & Attendance modules.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of HR technology experience, familiarity with payroll/HCM configurations, and exposure to Workday HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years’ HR tech experience, especially Time & Attendance.
• Payroll and HCM system configuration experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday HRIS implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze requirements, assist with testing, training and data mapping.
• Design QA processes for HR system solutions and configurations.
• Support data conversions, data mapping, and integrations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HR reports.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Provide long-term support and cross-train across HRIS apps.
• Hybrid role in Downtown Milwaukee; travel <10%.
