Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking an HRIS Business Systems Analyst to support HR systems, troubleshoot defects, configure, report, and test enhancements. You will develop system specifications from the end user perspective, collaborate with vendors, and maintain data integrity across HR processes.

The role emphasizes HRIS configuration, data analysis, and ongoing maintenance, with a hybrid work arrangement in Downtown Milwaukee and occasional travel to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years’ experience with HR processes and payroll.
• Experience with HCM and timekeeping system configuration preferred.
• Experience with Workday HRIS implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HR systems, troubleshooting defects, configuration and reporting.
• Analyze requirements, design data and functional specs, assist testing and training.
• Design QA processes for HR system solutions and support data integrity.
• Perform data mappings, conversions and data analysis for system upgrades.
• Generate and maintain HR reports; identify process improvements.
• Support cross-training and collaborate with vendors and business leads.
• Hybrid role based in Downtown Milwaukee with occasional travel (<10%).
