Job summary

Midwestern University is seeking an HRIS Analyst to ensure data integrity and system performance for the HRIS/HCM platform. The role includes reporting, testing, and coordinating system improvements across HR, IT, and Security teams. A strong emphasis is placed on data accuracy, security, and process optimization.

The position is hybrid and reports to the HRIS Manager. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HRIS experience, with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, computer science or related field.
• 3–5 years HRIS experience.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on all HR systems.
• Provide day-to-day HRIS support and investigate issues.
• Design, develop and interpret reports; assist with ad hoc reporting.
• Participate in HR technology initiatives; assist with requirements, testing, training and documentation.
• Partner with HR and business experts to develop HRIS solutions.
• Oversee HRIS support cases to ensure timely completion.
• Develop dashboards to present data for decision making.
• Coordinate system testing, reviews, and implementations.
• Maintain data integrity and security of HR information.
