Job summary

Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the HCM system, ensure data integrity, and monitor system performance. You will coordinate testing, training and reporting efforts, and work on process improvements across HRIS and related security controls.

The role reports to the HRIS Manager and requires collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT and Security to ensure seamless operation and integration of HRIS solutions at Midwestern University.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of HRIS experience.
• Strong technical skills with reporting experience and Excel.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle OTBI, or UKG People Analytics highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on HR systems and provide day-to-day support.
• Design, develop, and interpret reports for end users.
• Collaborate on business requirements, testing, and training.
• Coordinate system tests, implementations, and audits.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for data literacy.
• Maintain data integrity and security across HRIS.
• Run audits and support HR, IT, and security integrations.
