This salaried, non-exempt role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources, located at 305 7th Ave, NY, with in-person/hybrid work options. The position emphasizes accessibility, accommodation, and inclusive recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or strongly preferred with relevant benefits administration experience.
• Experience administering a comprehensive benefits program and customer service focus.
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now and HR benefits platforms.
• Analytical thinker with data accuracy and audit skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor eligibility for benefits programs as employment status changes.
• Audit benefits enrollments and verify enrollments against vendor data.
• Maintain ADP homepage and provide updates on Benefits/ADP WFN.
• Provide day-to-day benefits support to HR team and employees.
• Coordinate benefit meetings, wellness events, and enrollment sessions.
• Audit and reconcile invoices from benefits providers for payment.
