Job summary

Wolfspeed's HR Solutions team in Durham, NC is hiring a HR Solutions Specialist for a hybrid role with 2–3 days onsite. You will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, COEs, and HR Partners, handling inquiries and guiding people through HR processes.

You will document interactions, provide accurate information on benefits, payroll, hiring, and HR policies, and help improve HR workflows. A four-year degree is preferred; experience in HR SSC and systems like Workday or ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in an HR shared services environment preferred.
• Ability to work hybrid schedule and adapt to meetings/training.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and on-site in a timely manner.
• Document interactions in case management tool and escalate when needed.
• Provide accurate HR information on benefits, payroll, hiring, and relations.
• Support service levels and quality goals with peers.
• Assist on projects and trainings for accessHR staff.
• Suggest improvements to HR processes and policies.
