Job summary

Wolfspeed in Durham, NC is seeking an HR Solutions Specialist to provide first contact support for accessHR customers, including employees, managers, COEs, and HR Business Partners. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days on-site weekly and travel is not noted.

You will respond to inquiries on HR policies, benefits, payroll and related processes, document interactions, and help improve HR workflows. The team emphasizes diverse collaboration and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Sociology or related field.
• Experience with HR shared service center environments preferred.
• Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience in retail or hospitality HR support environment is beneficial.
• Role not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• This position requires commuting to Durham, NC on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support interactions via telephone, email, and in-person visits. Enter and track case details in the case management tool and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
• Provide information on HR policies, benefits, payroll, HCM solutions, and employee relations with timely and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with peers and management to meet service levels and quality goals; participate in trainings and special projects.
• Assist in improving HR processes and policies by soliciting input from Business Units and other functions.
