Job summary

DLA Piper in the United States is seeking an HR Services Coordinator to be the primary contact for payroll, benefits, and HR inquiries. The role collaborates with partners and employees to deliver an exceptional employee experience and uses Workday and ServiceNow for case management.

The position supports HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations with a focus on data integrity and continuous improvement in a hybrid Seattle-based role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an HR administrative support role.
• Experience with benefits administration and HR policy administration preferred.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR and ensure AskHR experience meets standards.
• Assist managers and employees in Workday transactions.
• Support HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to meet SLAs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop process documentation and FAQs.
