Qualifications

• 2+ years of benefits administration and HR policy administration.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow (or similar).
• Strong customer service focus and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for payroll, benefits, and policy questions.
• Assist managers and employees in Workday and HR transactions.
• Support HR functions including Total Rewards and Employee Relations.
• Maintain HR records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop knowledge base articles and SOP documentation.
