Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking an HR Services Coordinator to serve as the primary HR contact for partners, employees, former employees, and retirees. The role focuses on payroll, benefits, HR transactions, and policy guidance, delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Based in a hybrid Houston area, you will use Workday and ServiceNow to process requests, support HR operations, and ensure data integrity across HR systems while collaborating with Centers of Excellence to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in an HR administrative support role.
• Experience with benefits administration and HR policy administration preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels and maintain discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR and ensure an exceptional AskHR experience.
• Assist managers and employees in navigating Workday and executing HR transactions.
• Support day-to-day HR operations including Total Rewards and Employee Relations.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to meet SLA deliverables.
• Research and resolve HR cases using ServiceNow, documenting details and resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of benefit plans (health, 401(k), vacation, holidays, pay).
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure data integrity in HR systems.
