The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payroll or HR operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, and HR Link.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll, HR services, benefits, HR operations, shared services, or a related field.
• Experience in a shared services or service center environment using a ticketing system.
• Knowledge of payroll administration and payroll tax fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR Services support through the HR Service Center for employees and managers.
• Resolve inquiries related to payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR processes.
• Meet SLAs and quality standards; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Research and resolve employee issues; contribute to process improvements.
• Analyze payroll data, support audits, and coordinate with Payroll Operations and Dayforce.
• Support benefits administration, compensation processes, and data integrity across HR systems.
• Generate reports and assist with system testing and enhancements.
