Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking an HR Services Specialist to support payroll, benefits, compensation, payroll tax, and HR service delivery for U.S. and Canadian employees.

This hybrid role sits in Rock Hill, SC, reporting to the VP of HR Services and focusing on accurate data, timely issue resolution, and strong customer service. You will operate within a centralized HR Services team using a ticket-based model, aiming to meet SLAs, support audits, and drive improved employee experiences across HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll, HR services, benefits, HR operations, or a related field.
• Experience in a shared services or service center environment using a ticketing system.
• Knowledge of payroll administration and payroll tax fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, reporting, and data analysis.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to employees, managers, and HR partners through the HR Service Center.
• Resolve inquiries related to payroll, benefits, compensation, data, and HR processes.
• Meet SLAs and quality standards and resolve complex issues.
• Research and resolve complex employee issues; escalate when necessary.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance service delivery and experience.
• Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and support audits and reconciliations.
• Review payroll reports and collaborate with Payroll Operations and Dayforce Managed Services.
• Assist with year-end reporting including W-2 and T4 processes.
