Qualifications

• 5+ years in payroll, HR services, benefits, or HR operations.
• Experience in a shared services or service center with a ticketing system.
• Knowledge of payroll administration and payroll tax fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR service delivery to employees and managers.
• Resolve inquiries and meet SLAs; escalate as needed.
• Analyze payroll data, support audits and reconciliations.
• Support enrollment and benefits inquiries; assist with compensation activities.
• Generate reports and maintain data integrity across HR systems.
