Job summary

TruStage seeks an HR Service Center Generalist to support Health & Welfare and Retirement Benefits, payroll processing, LMS, HRIS, and HR policies. You’ll be the first point of contact for employees and contractors, handling inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires 4-6 years HR/Benefits/Payroll experience, strong customer service, and attention to detail, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years progressive HR/Benefits/Payroll experience with call center/customer service.
• Proven lead worker with coaching/mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of office automation software (Excel, word processing).
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle benefits enrollment activities and eligibility changes.
• Support Payroll processing and tax filings.
• Maintain HR data integrity across employee lifecycle events.
• Administer LMS and HRIS reports and access for management.
• Provide general HR support via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in person).
