Job summary

TruStage is looking for an HR Service Center Generalist to deliver high quality service to employees across the affiliated group. You will manage benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and HRIS/LMS support with a focus on data integrity and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 4–6 years in HR/Benefits and payroll, including customer-facing experience. Expect a hybrid work setup with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-6 years HR/Benefits/Payroll experience with call center.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and feedback to others.
• Strong Excel, office software, HRIS and payroll systems.
• Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle the annual enrollment for Health & Welfare benefits and changes.
• Administer 401(k) and pension plan knowledge; coordinate with carriers/vendors.
• Coordinate timely processing of TruStage’s bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles.
• Process payroll taxes, W-4 updates, direct deposit, and W-2 production.
• Maintain LMS and HRIS data integrity; provide period reports and management support.
• Assist employees by phone, email, chat or in person with HR policies and procedures.
