This position provides quality service to all TruStage employees (active, retired, and separated) and other customers (dependents, beneficiaries, retirees, terminated staff, contractors, Business Areas, and HR Staff) in support of our HR service-oriented mission. As part of a centralized integrated employee service center operation, the HR Service Center Generalist will be the first point of contact for all of our employees and customers. This position requires an overall knowledge and understanding of our Health & Welfare and Retirement Benefits, Payroll and HR policies, processes and systems for all companies in the affiliated group. This position is responsible for the data integrity of employee personal and benefit information, annual benefit enrollment process, status event changes to plans, support and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), payroll processing and support of the Sales Compensation plans throughout the year. This position deals with a wide range of confidential information and needs to ensure compliance with our corporate privacy policies and HIPAA.

Base Salary Range: $56,500.00 - $84,800.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
