Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with payroll, benefits, performance management, and recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; HR certifications valued.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll software, ATS; Paylocity knowledge a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and time/attendance.
• Administer benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Oversee performance appraisal cycles and employee relations support.
• Maintain HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws; update HRIS data and employee handbook.
• Drive recruiting from role definition to onboarding; collaborate with managers.
• General T&C point of contact and support for policy-related questions.
