ITRCC, based in Elkhart, IN, is seeking a part-time Human Resources professional to support HR activities and onboarding. The role reports to the HR Assistant Manager and collaborates with all departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and is proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong written and verbal communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required, and a hybrid work schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to prepare and compose correspondence and reports, and to review work for approval and signature of supervisors
• Ability to maintain personal composure and tactfully handle difficult situations in a professional manner
• Knowledge and skill in developing and maintaining files
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

• Performs HR-related administrative duties and supports the HR team
• Assists with onboarding and background checks
• Maintains confidentiality in handling employee information
• Supports recruiting needs and attends job fairs as needed

• Supports the onboarding process and new employee orientation
