Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• 1 year HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines and best recruitment practices.
• Must commute to Live Oak, TX 78233.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task with strong organization and communication.
• Commitment to positive company image and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full-cycle recruitment pipeline including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and compensation negotiation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and employment agencies.
• Collaborate with business units and hiring managers to deliver strong recruitment support.
• May handle additional HR areas such as payroll, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required and adapt to changes in duties.
