Job summary

RBFCU is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions within the credit union. You will build relationships with community organizations and hiring managers while delivering a superior candidate experience.

After training, you will work a hybrid schedule at our ASC location in Live Oak, TX, commuting as needed within Texas. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and one year of HR/recruitment experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of Human Resources experience, preferably in recruitment.
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines and best recruitment practices.
• Must be able and willing to commute to 1 IKEA-RBFCU Pkwy, Live Oak, TX 78233.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full-cycle recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offers and negotiation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and employment agencies.
• Collaborate with business units and hiring managers to deliver superior service.
• May assist with payroll, employee relations, benefits, onboarding or other HR duties.
• All other duties as assigned.
