RBFCU is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions within the credit union and to deliver an exceptional candidate/manager experience.

The role supports our Administrative Service Center (ASC) with a hybrid schedule after training, which will take place at the RBFCU ASC in Live Oak, Texas. The candidate should have HR recruitment experience and be prepared to travel within Texas as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year HR experience, preferably in recruitment processes
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines to include best recruitment practices
• Must be able to commute to Live Oak TX location
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Manage full recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offers and negotiation
• Develop relationships with community organizations and employment agencies
• Collaborate with business units and hiring managers to deliver quality service
• Assist with payroll, employee relations, benefits, onboarding as needed
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a positive professional image
