Job summary

Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist to manage a full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions at our ASC location in Live Oak, Texas. The role supports HR functions and aligns with RBFCU's mission and growth goals.

The position offers a hybrid schedule after training, with training at the RBFCU ASC in Live Oak. Candidates should have HR/recruitment experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Workday and MS Office.

Qualifications

• One year of HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and procedures.
• Must be able to commute to Live Oak, TX.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full-cycle recruitment pipeline including sourcing, reviewing applications/resumes, screening, interviewing, offering, and negotiating compensation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and employment agencies to strengthen recruiting efforts.
• Build collaborative relationships with business units and hiring managers to deliver excellent service to internal and external parties.
• May be responsible for payroll, employee relations, benefits, onboarding and/or other HR areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
