University of Utah Health seeks an HR Process Improvement Analyst to evaluate, design, and optimize HR processes across the organization. You will partner with HR and operational stakeholders to reduce manual work, strengthen controls, improve data quality, and enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities include process improvement, data analysis, project coordination, documentation, and technology enablement, plus supporting stabilization, redesign, or transition of processes to long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, operations, information systems, data analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Four years of applicable experience in HR operations, business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing processes, documenting workflows, and supporting operational improvements.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes HR workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, control gaps, and opportunities for standardization or automation.
• Develops practical recommendations balancing employee experience, capacity, compliance, risk, and technology.
• Creates implementation plans and supports stabilization and adoption of redesigned processes.
