Qualifikationen

• Experience managing concurrent assignments and ensuring follow-through across deadlines and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Review HR transactions and service requests, resolve routine issues, and identify matters needing consultation.
• Coordinate assigned personnel actions in DASH, including new hires and employment record updates.
• Monitor queues and shared channels, follow up on stalled items, and escalate issues with compliance or payroll as needed.
• Build connections among UTIA HR, statewide HR Partners, and UT Knoxville HR for streamlined processes.
