Job summary

Highway Horticulture, LLC is seeking an HR Coordinator to support frontline HR operations, including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and team member support. You will work with the HR Manager to empower employees and maintain a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures; prior HR/payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates and scheduling in-person interviews.
• Support onboarding, pre-employment screening, and new-hire orientation.
• Answer routine benefits questions and escalate to HR leadership as needed.
• Assist with LMS administration, enrollments, assignments, and reporting.
• Provide administrative support for employee training and development initiatives.
• Coordinate access and provisioning needs for team members and contractors.
• Assist with performance reviews, coaching, and employee scorecards documentation.
• Support timekeeping and payroll processes; review records and help with corrections.
• Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with privacy requirements.
• Assist with employment verifications and routine HR administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
