Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years HR experience, HR Coordinator/ Specialist or junior Generalist.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience required, including timekeeping and adjustments.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Familiarity with HRIS; UKG experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll and ensure accurate wage calculations and deductions.
• Review timecards, investigate discrepancies, maintain payroll records.
• Assist with weekly Canadian payroll processing and related system transitions.
• Manage HRIS workflows for new hires, changes, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding: offers, screenings, and first-day prep.
