Job summary

Real Staffing Group seeks an HR Operations Specialist in Boston (hybrid). The role covers onboarding, benefits, payroll, and records management, with hands-on HRIS administration (ADP and SuccessFactors) and data reporting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of HR operations experience, plus strong Excel and confidentiality skills. This is a 6-month contract with onsite work in Seaport 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of HR operations/administration experience.
• Strong experience with ADP, SuccessFactors, HRIS, payroll administration, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee records.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, administer ADP and SuccessFactors systems, conduct audits, and generate reports.
• Serve as a primary contact for HR inquiries and help improve HR processes and analytics.
