International SOS is seeking an HR Coordinator in Baton Rouge to deliver comprehensive HR administration, reporting, and data management. You will support onboarding, offboarding, payroll processes, and HR systems like SuccessFactors and ADP.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure accurate data, timely transactions, and a smooth employee experience from hire to exit. Fridays are remote; Monday–Thursday are in-office, 8:00–4:30, full-time.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years HR related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to handle HR transactions with accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Provide and maintain HR admin support including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and e-learning.
• Answer questions on ADP and SuccessFactors and HR systems.
• Be the point of contact for onboarding, offboarding, and staff changes.
• File employee paperwork into electronic/files systems.
• Run data updates and audits for accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with HR system upgrades and configuration projects.
