This full-time role follows a 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule with in-office Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays, offering a hands-on opportunity to manage people moves, audits, and HR systems upgrades.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR related experience.
• Experience preferred in oilfield/construction industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative support including onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle HR ticketing system inquiries timely.
• Assist with data management, audits, and reporting.
• Support benefits, learning and development processes.
