Job summary

International SOS is seeking an HR Specialist in San Antonio, TX to drive day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle administration. You will own onboarding, HR systems, and compliance, partnering with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate data and a positive employee experience.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across HR Centers of Excellence and Operations teams to implement programs, coordinate interviews, and support performance processes while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting multiple stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with HRIS data management and employee records.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management and/or workplace investigations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR or similar HR certification preferred but not required.
• English fluency required; Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire induction processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
• Support compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with employee relations and investigations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition teams.
