Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end onboarding for new hires and set up first-day orientation.
• Coordinate new hire orientation events and HR trainings.
• Oversee student hiring and onboarding in the student information system.
• Enter onboarding data across systems and administer offboarding.
• Create and maintain employee records and onboarding materials.
• Compile HR reports and maintain content on internal platforms.
• Serve as a member of the Staff Engagement Committee.
• Support HR operations ensuring legal and policy compliance.
