The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of HR experience, with strong communication and confidentiality skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new hires and student workers, coordinating IDs and IT setup.
• Lead new hire orientation programs and HRIS trainings.
• Oversee student hiring and onboarding in student information system.
• Maintain employee records and onboarding materials.
• Compile HR reports and update content on internal platforms.
• Support HR operations ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
