The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years in HR, with strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with HRIS and data reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and student workers.

• Prepare HR reports and manage HR content on platforms.
• Collaborate with HR operations team to deliver high service standards.
