Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a six-month temporary assignment in Chicago, IL. The role covers HR operations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, with a hybrid schedule 2–3 days onsite weekly.

The ideal candidate will have ADP expertise, strong partnering skills with leadership, and a broad HR generalist background to support international HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist experience.
• Strong working knowledge of ADP payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Experience supporting performance management programs and annual review cycles.
• Broad HR generalist background including employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and benefits.
• Experience reviewing payroll information and ensuring accurate employee deductions.
• Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and international HR teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion handling confidential information.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or professional services is a plus.
