Addison Group is seeking a People & Culture Benefits Partner to join a collaborative HR team in Chicago. The role focuses on benefits administration, leave management, and DEI initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with two onsite days and opportunities to improve employee experience across benefits, engagement, and organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience including benefits administration and leaves.
• Experience with open enrollment and vendor management.
• Knowledge of FMLA and leave regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day benefits administration, enrollments, and inquiries.
• Coordinate leave requests, eligibility, documentation, and return-to-work processes.
• Lead DEI initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Support HR leadership with HRIS data integrity and reporting.
