Unity Hospice in De Pere, WI seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to bridge tactical execution, operational management, and strategic HR leadership. This role partners with finance, quality, and leaders to turn goals into trackable HR targets and ensure service delivery.

Responsibilities include benefits administration, HRIS ownership, compliance with labor laws, employee relations, coaching leaders, and developing the HR staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive human resources experience.
• Minimum five (5) years in a team-lead, supervisory, or project-leadership role.
• Experience in a mid-sized organization (200–500 employees).
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead benefits & leave programs and administer FMLA, disability, and state leaves.
• Ensure ACA compliance and filing, and support plan audits.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims and vendor relationships.
• Own HRIS data and optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Investigate employee relations issues and provide resolutions.
• Coach department heads on performance management and disciplinary actions.
