Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of professional HR experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing HR operations in a mid-sized organization (200–500 employees).

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS workflows, benefits administration, and compliance programs.
