Job summary

RELI Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our HR team in a part-time, temporary role in Maryland. You will gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and HR operations while supporting a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is willing to learn. HUBZone residency is required for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR-related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (BambooHR, Workday)
• Must reside in a HUBZone area

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment efforts: posting jobs, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain HR records and update employee files per policies
• Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Support compliance-related projects (audits, training records, policy updates)
• Assist in compiling HR reports, metrics, and presentations
• Provide general administrative support to HR team
• Contribute to HR process improvements and initiatives
