Placements24 invites an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in a hybrid role based near Tembisa. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, HR administration, records management, and employee engagement while supported by mentors.

Ideal for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration, you will develop skills in HRIS, data entry, and confidential information handling, with exposure to SA labour practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR-related field.
• Strong desire to learn and pursue a career in HR.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and SA labour practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities: posting vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS andHR documentation.
• Provide general HR administrative support, data entry, and correspondence.
• Support onboarding and HR training activities.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality.
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to a positive work environment.
