Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as posting jobs and screening applications.
• Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist with the organization and delivery of HR training sessions.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
