Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Shared Services Advisor to provide guidance across HR services, handling employee inquiries and processing HR transactions. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality service, unresolved issues escalation, and adherence to SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have 2–7 years of HR or shared services experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years in roles showing independence and initiative in HR or Shared Services.
• Experience handling inquiries across HR programs, processes, and communications.
• Ability to analyze basic issues and route or resolve through defined processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including Word.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from employees across the enterprise for up to 5 hours per day.
• Maintain knowledge of HR services and route inquiries on HR programs and policies.
• Analyze basic issues and coordinate efficient solutions.
• Resolve basic operational or processing issues or escalate as needed.
• Provide guidance on SSC processes and HR services to stakeholders.
• Adhere to defined service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support quality control checks for process accuracy and efficiency.
• Research process improvements and brief senior staff as directed.
