Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in HRBP/HR Advisor/HR Generalist roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience giving HR guidance to employees and managers.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Experience handling high volume HR inquiries and competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Experience with HR systems and employee data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers during the post-transition hypercare period.
• Provide timely guidance on people-related matters, including policies, HR systems, benefits, payroll, reporting relationships, and employment processes.
• Track, triage, and resolve employee and manager inquiries.
• Identify recurring issues, risks, and themes and elevate them to HR stakeholders.
• Support the transition of HR processes, policies, systems, and service providers.
• Help employees and managers understand and adopt new HR processes and ways of working.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Respond to employee concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Help managers navigate people processes and organizational changes.
• Support a positive employee experience throughout the transition.
• Coordinate with multiple HR functions to resolve issues.
