As a Human Resource Generalist GSC COE, you’ll be part of our Supply Chain Centers of Excellence team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to: Responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations in key supply chain areas including the Global Planning COE, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), OPEX, Product Supply Chain, and Supply Chain Development. Reporting to the HR Manager, Supply Chain Centers of Excellence, this role provides support in ensuring HR Compliance, full employee life-cycle support, and processing support across the Supply Chain COE’s. Provide day-to-day HR operational support to the Global Planning, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), OPEX, Product Supply Chain, and Supply Chain Development COEs, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR processes. Assist in the coordination and implementation of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and talent development initiatives. Support the HRM and COE leaders in data collection, analysis, and reporting of workforce metrics, compliance documentation, and performance indicators. Facilitate communications, training sessions, and employee engagement activities across the COEs. Maintain accurate HR records, support compliance audits, and ensure adherence to EH&S and labor regulations. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process enhancements and supporting change management activities within the COEs. Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practices throughout the supply chain organization. Champion inclusion and employee well-being by supporting recognition programs and engagement initiatives.

You also have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year supporting supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics functions. Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including supply planning, and manufacturing or distribution. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and operate independently. Resourceful with the ability to navigate the unknown, finding solutions by navigating through internal and external channels Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills focused on helping business deliver value. The salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00. This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. Please note that salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker. The salary range listed in this job posting reflects the range for the primary location specified. The salary range may vary for other locations. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual merit increases.
